Who We Are

Our journey began with a simple yet profound vision to make a difference in the lives of young people through the power of athletics. For many years we've had a passion to inspire the youth not only to dream, but to become their dreams. We started in 2004 under the name Hoop Dreamers Basketball Inc. in the East New York section of Brooklyn where we organized educational workshops, provided field trips, organized competition tournaments and a lot more. YGA was birthed to continue to instruct, guide and motivate young people about the importance of teamwork, sports and everyday life. We are here to assist young minds in developing and growing into reliable independent adults. What we do is more than a commitment to sports; it's a dedication to shaping well-rounded individuals equipped to navigate life's challenges with tenacity and grace.
